Through guided practices, mentorship, and personalized support, I create a safe space for self-exploration and growth. I blend the psycho-spiritual with the logical because while your soul’s growth is important, it’s also essential to ensure that your human feels grounded and supported throughout the process. Using a mix of practical tools like somatic movement, neurolinguistic programming, internal family systems, etc., alongside grounded spiritual traditions like shamanism and Akashic wisdom, I meet you where you’re at and help you build a system of belief where we bring your human along for the ride.
Dedicated practice and devotion are at the core of my work. My work is rooted in lived experience with a dose of skeptical curiosity. I used to be the one rolling my eyes at all things “woo” until I had my own undeniable experiences. Instead of dismissing them, I chose to lean in and now share from a place of real understanding. I know firsthand that transformation isn’t always easy, but it’s worth it. And the beauty is, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

MY PATH and PURPOSE
With nearly a decade of shamanic study, a Master-level Akashic Records certification, 500+ hours as an EYT yoga teacher, a Master’s in Neurolinguistics, and training in somatic movement therapy, sound healing, breathwork, and plant medicine (soon to be licensed in Colorado), I’m here to guide you through your next evolution.
When I’m not facilitating transformation, you’ll find me skiing, hiking, chasing live music, or hanging out with my sidekick, Cookie. One day I’m praying in a temple in Japan, the next I’m dancing ass off at Red Rocks. Balance, baby.

The snake is the face of my brand for a reason. A timeless symbol of healing, wisdom, and transformation, it mirrors the very journey I walk alongside others—shedding old layers, embracing the natural cycles of life, death, and renewal, and returning to the truest version of who we are. Snakes shed their skin four to six times a year. Before they do, they drink water to loosen what clings, then press against rough earth to begin the release. Growth requires friction. It’s not always graceful. It’s not always pretty. But it’s necessary.
Snakes move through the world by sensing. They track scent with their tongues and feel vibration through the ground. They’re attuned to what others miss.
