JessaLin Rose focuses each partnership on helping you face your fears and know that you can do any and all things you set your mind to. By using our intuition, self-guided meditations, and coaching sessions we work together to map out your strengths and weakness so that you can thrive and use those qualities to help you feel strong, balanced, and whole from within. Our team works individually and in small groups to create self-care and wellness routines that grow with you as you journey towards your deepest, most passionate, healthy version of yourself. We have a deep passion for helping others become the best version of themselves by sharing our enthusiasm for health and wellness. Our ultimate goal is to support our clients while they find balance in their busy lives, and to help them thrive each and every day.

Her intuitive nature and curious spirit allow her clients to feel comfortable and safe as they move through their journey to their highest good.

Jessica gained strong marketing and business ideals when she ran the Healthcare IT business development sector for a multi-million dollar contracting firm for over six years, and when she helped open and operate several top yoga facilities, including 4 CorePower Yoga studios in the Washington, DC area. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Training through CorePower Yoga, with an additional 200 hours of training in Hot Power Fusion Yoga, Yoga Sculpt. Her trainings have included Chakra study and Anatomy study, as well as completing Trauma Informed Brain Sensitivity (TIBS) Training Level 1 through the Daya Foundation with Sarah Joy Marsh. In early 2019, Jessica will become a Integrative Nutritionist Health Coach, upon completion of her nutrition education through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition by Joshua Rosenthal. Jessica educates herself daily through self-led practices and studies; she plans to complete an additional 300 hours of Advanced Yoga Training by late 2019.

Currently Jessica is a lead instructor and yoga consultant for a premier wellness spa in Portland, Oregon, Knot Springs. She loves what she does and because of this, still finds time in her schedule to focus additional energy on leading yoga retreats and teacher trainings, and mentors over 60 students on their yoga teaching journey.
