Welcome To My Temple

I want to tell you my secrets.

The keys to how I co-create my life alongside the Universe, by consciously signaling what I expect to be true. It’s been a wild ride, and I feel called to share more about how I’ve shifted and created my reality. These are my Soul Codes, lessons I have learned along my path that I hope are valuable to you, as well.

It all begins with awareness. Imagine for a moment: what would you like?

So simple, yet profound. Take a moment. Say it out loud. What would you like?

Now, what would change if you expected it to happen?

  • What would shift if you prepared for it?

  • Who would you become if you knew it to already be true?

  • What would having this do for you?

By exploring your deep inner landscape of what you would like to experience, you begin to signal to the Universe that pleasure, purpose, and what you desire comes first.

Our focus shifts: we begin to move from pleasing others to honoring and pleasing ourselves.

Which is fucking amazing, because the human body is literally wired to experience pleasure! When we shift from the old paradigm of avoiding pain, we allow pleasure and desire to take the reins.

OUR BODIES, OUR INSTRUMENTS

Much of what we’ve learned about the Human Operating System is incomplete.

In order to harness the full power of our human experience, we cannot simply rely on the mind to gather data. We must learn to use the wisdom of the entire human technology system. Mind and body, when fully connected, tap into the true fullness of the power of who we humans can be, When we get stuck exclusively thinking, we find ourselves in a loop that continues to attract more of the same, and less of what excites us. By understanding our body’s unique signaling system, we are able to bring an important part of the system back online.

The human experience is meant to be felt. When we allow our experience to be had not only in the mind but also in the body, we are able to release emotional energy, creating space for the experience we’d much rather be having. To be able to know what we’d rather be experiencing, we need to get to know our body, not just our mind. By fully feeling into the sensation of an experience, we can begin to refine our unique frequency to attune and call in more of the experiences we DESIRE to have, rather than what we’ve come to expect from our previously limited experience that our logical brain has learned to rationalize.

It is through embodiment that we come home to our inner compass as we explore and walk our Soul’s sacred Path. Tuning into and feeling all of our senses helps us know what is right and true for us. When we re-discover that gut feeling, that spine tingling; when we give attention to our aches and our pains, we begin to come home to our deep inner knowing. We remember our bodies, not just our minds, are our guides to show us exactly where we have the opportunity to shift, create, and expand our reality.

YOU ARE LIMITLESS

You are limitless. Read it again. No seriously, you are limitless…

The question is: Do you actually believe this?

So often, we limit ourselves because even thinking about how LIMITLESS we are is fucking terrifying. It requires so much faith to move beyond our unconscious patterns of safety, comfort and control. With each conscious choice a new, more supportive pattern begins. With each new beginning we create an opportunity to expand your reality past what you have experienced before. By making the unconscious, conscious you begin to expand your ability to access and resource more of what you truly desire.

Being open and engaged can take a toll, especially when you’re using your body for the beautiful instrument it is. Your brain is gathering data, but your body is a live wire, hyper-sensitive to the Unfolding of the human experience. Sometimes this is fun & titillating, all butterflies and electricity. Other times, it’s an elevator drop in your stomach, with big feelings that create waves of uncertainty. Just know, it’s all a part of the journey. There is no one ‘right’ way to move through, do your best, and trust what flows through.

Nothing on our Path is ever a failure or weakness: it is always exactly what was needed for our deepest learning and highest growth.
— Jessalin Rose

Allowing yourself to begin to learn your body’s full capacity is such a supportive and impactful part of this journey. For without truly knowing our body’s full capacity, we can often get swept away by the experience of living, repeating patterns without realizing. We can get lost in the experience of others, confusing it for our own. We can get overwhelmed by the intensity of a feeling, especially if we’ve never taken ourselves there before. And while that’s part of the ride, it’s also imperative to create boundaries for ourselves as we learn our capacity to create and play with life in this new way. Choosing something new can often feel unsafe, and by listening to the signals firing between body and mind, we can begin to identify what does and does not resonate within us. The sensations in our body gently guide us to meet our sacred “No.”

That line in the sand is different for everyone, but it is a key part to get familiar with. When our experience of the Unknown gets rocky, we can decide with confidence which experiences we are and are not ready for. A re-route is always an available option. Nothing on our Path is ever a failure or weakness: it is always exactly what was needed for our deepest learning and highest growth. Understanding your own edges is a tool that will allow you to stand firmly in your power as you harness and create your LIMITLESS experience.

WALKING THE WALK.

We all know the person who talks the talk but definitely doesn’t walk the walk. And we all know when we do that, too. 😘 It’s recognizing that what matters most isn’t the fucking talk. It’s having the courage to walk the Path, often without talking at all.

I have done this so many fucking times, and by now, I know: I can always do something different. It hasn’t always been that way. I haven’t always walked the walk. I used to spit game like it was a professional sport! And I started to recognize, I felt within my own body that there was a disconnect. It caused me physical pain and discomfort. So much so that I realized it was time to learn how to sit with myself, rather than run my mouth about what I was about, and take time to truly figure it out.

A past version of me used to pride herself on being this really non-judgmental, open person. But in Truth, when I began to truly watch myself and my mind, I saw that I was judging my friends, my family, the people I was dating, the person walking down the street. Without even recognizing that’s what I was doing - it had become a running unconscious pattern to avoid sitting with myself and my own inner judgments. I did this to keep the judgment outside of myself, rather than looking inward. In recognizing my judgments, I was able to begin to see myself more clearly. It made me realize how much I was actually judging myself. So much so that I realized I was pretending who I was, more so than actually BEing that person.

From that space I was able to catch myself in judgment—without judging myself for judging!  I could begin to choose something differently by asking, “What would I rather be experiencing? To hold myself as non-judgmental, what shall I choose?”

And I do it over and over again. After hundreds, thousands, infinite moments of choosing differently in the face of judgment, I find myself becoming less and less judgmental over time. Continually refining myself with every experience I meet. It’s a constant journey! It doesn’t just stop after you do it once. There is always refinement and opportunity, which is what makes this work so fucking juicy!

It hasn’t always been easy to show up in a way that honors who I know myself to be. Often, to honor who I know myself to be means shifting away from where I’ve been in order to create new patterns. It’s been just as fun and juicy as it has been confronting and uncomfortable. Trust me, there are days when I don't want to do it at all. But I still choose in those moments to do something differently, so I can hold myself to who I desire and know myself to be.

LIVING IN MY TEMPLE

When you allow yourself to do something different, it opens up new pathways of opportunity. Where I once would have held myself back by being attached to a plan and an outcome, I am now able to sell all my things, to go out on the road and allow the next chapter to Unfold. This new version of who I am becoming desires to be in the NOW moment. She listens within and allows the journey to unfold, fully trusting that she is exactly where she needs to be.

Y’all, I don’t have all the answers, but I have my tools, lessons learned, and a whole lot of courage. That’s all you need, too—you, yourself, your journey, and the courage to do things differently.

I am an alchemist, forged by the fire of transformation, and the only constant in my life is change. Beyond each successive portal, I have discovered more possibility, more juicy moments of delight, and more of myself. This is the Unfolding: in every moment, I choose to take my experience deeper. This calls me to let go of the previous programs of control, created as coping mechanisms and unconscious patterns at a young age. Through this experience, I surrender, let go, and allow myself to become again and again while being held in the Unknown.

My life is a co-creation, a work of art being woven by myself & the Universe. I allow each moment to transform me.

Sometimes, this practice can be confronting and uncomfortable. But I am constantly in awe of the journey. I allow myself to expand, following my intuition and curiosity to dimensions beyond my current reality. As I shed my old programming, I receive new Downloads and new Codes— truths that guide me along my Soul’s Path. These are the 5 Pillars of my Inner Temple:

  • Embodiment

  • Self-Love

  • Self-Trust

  • Bold Boundaries

  • Deep Knowing

Each pillar has supports me, and continues to lift me into new heights. By learning my own inner tenets, I live life on my most opulent timeline, aligned with my highest self and purest desires. You can, too.

MANTRA:

I am safe to let go of control, to surrender to the well of inner knowing that flows through me, to honor and trust myself more fully each and every day.
